DRE Group is a Jaipur-based real estate firm helping buyers and investors find villas, land plots and farm houses. We assist with property discovery, site visits, documentation checks and support till registry completion. We act as a facilitator between buyers and landowners/developers — we are not the developer or owner of every listing shown on this website unless stated otherwise.

03Enquiries & Consultations

When you submit an enquiry through our website:

• You confirm that the name, phone number and email address provided are accurate and belong to you.
• You may be asked to verify your email using a one-time password (OTP) before your enquiry reaches our team.
• Our team will aim to contact you within 24 hours, though response times may vary depending on volume and property type.
• A submitted enquiry does not create any booking, reservation or contractual obligation on either side — it is simply a request to be contacted.

04Property Listings

We make reasonable efforts to ensure villa, plot and farm house listings shown to you are accurate and site-visited by our team. However:

• Prices, availability, layouts and specifications are subject to change without prior notice.
• Images used on the website (including stock or representative images) may not depict the exact property; always confirm details during a site visit.
• Final terms of any purchase are governed by the sale agreement executed directly between you and the landowner/developer, not by anything shown on this website.

05RERA & Legal Compliance

We work to ensure listed projects go through title verification and conversion-status checks, and we share RERA and legal documentation where applicable. Buyers are encouraged to independently verify RERA status, title documents and approvals on the official Rajasthan RERA portal before making any payment or commitment.

06Bookings & Payments

Any booking amount, token payment or full consideration for a property is paid directly to the landowner, developer or their authorised representative — not to DRE Group as a purchase price — unless a specific written arrangement states otherwise. Always obtain a signed receipt and written agreement for any payment made. DRE Group is not responsible for payments made outside of a documented, agreed process.

07User Conduct

While using this website, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading or someone else's contact details without their consent.
• Use the site or enquiry form to send spam, unsolicited offers, or unrelated commercial messages to our team.
• Attempt to copy, scrape or republish our listings, content or images for commercial use without permission.
• Interfere with the website's normal functioning, including its forms, OTP system or security features.

08Intellectual Property
